Energy Bites

Have pre/post workout or just as a quick snack. Makes 16 and freeze well.


Ingredients 

1 Cup unsweetened oats
1/2 cup of ground flax seed
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate pieces 
1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 medium banana
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions 

Smoosh all together with clean hands, roll into balls and keep in the freezer.
