Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, no sugar added
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, no sugar added
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (flax will work too if you grind it up first)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (non-fat milk works too)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, no sugar added (unflavored works too)
Directions:
- Blend and serve.
